Our Ayurvedic Digestive Reset Retreat is a transformative experience curated to provide you with holistic guidance for optimal digestive health and overall vitality. As the spring blooms emerge and nature undergoes its transition, it's the perfect time to embrace a shift within yourself. The retreat is led by Seema, an experienced Ayurvedic Vaidya. She is going to guide you through the digestive reset process. This year we have added a special focus aligning our body and mind with the help of our breath and Seema will guide you through daily breath work exercises, called pranayama.
Optimise your gut health to balance your hormones. A healthy digestive system helps with the synthesis and regulation of hormones and neurotransmitters. Gently support your transition into menopause or balance your menstrual cycle by balancing your gut.
By shedding Ama (undigested food residue), and clearing excess pitta, and releasing unwanted emotions, you can prepare mentally and physically prepare your body for pregnancy. Ayurveda recommends bringing your body into balance before conception so that you are not passing on any imbalances to the baby.

We will run through what you need for the Retreat so you have time to go grocery shopping before we start. You have received your recipe book with shopping list when ou made the booking so you can have a flick through and see whether any questions arise. A recording will be available for those who can't make it.
Saturday, 6th of April we will officially start the retreat.
