Assess Imbalances
Our programmes always start with an in-depth consultation to assess your individual imbalances and challenges. Whether you are just starting on your fertility journey or have been trying for a long time, our Ayurvedic fertility enhancement programme addresses hormone imbalances, improves the egg quality, and balances the environment in the female reproductive system. It also sets your body up to support the best possible growth of the foetus. The programme takes three months to complete and creates the best possible conditions for conception.
Month 1 - Eliminate Ama
In the first month we will help you shed ama (digestive toxins) and strengthen your digestion for optimal treatment results. As a preparation for the detox we will provide you with a diet plan and herbal supplements regime to follow. During this week we offer online support if any questions arise. The 10 Day Detox includes daily Ayurvedic detox treatments uniquely tailored to you to enhance your fertility.
Month 2 and 3 - Build fertility
In the following two months we prescribe herbal supplements and you will receive a fertility massage and digestive tune-up treatment on specific days of your menstrual cycle. These Ayurvedic massages use medicated oil and strokes all aimed at establishing hormone balance and activating the reproductive organs.
