During the 90 Minutes Seema will

• Take your health history
• Discuss your current diet and lifestyle
• Check your tongue (Ayurvedic Tongue Diagnosis)
• Check your Pulse (Ayurvedic Pulse Diagnosis)
• Determine the root of your imbalance
• Create a Treatment Plan (We always start with 2 weeks of diet and lifestyle adjustments. After these two weeks you can start taking the prescribed Ayurvedic Herbs)
• If time permits, you will also receive a brief Digestive Tune-up Treatment

During the 60 Minutes Seema will

• Take health history
• Go through daily routine (diet and lifestyle)
• Check your tongue (Ayurvedic Tongue Diagnosis)
• Determine the root of your imbalance
• Create a Treatment Plan (We always start with 2 weeks of diet and lifestyle adjustments. After these two weeks you can start taking the prescribed Ayurvedic Herbs.) 

These sessions are meant as introduction to Ayurveda and to Seema.
