Seasonal digestive detox using Ayurvedic principles to boost digestion, reset metabolism, and refresh your mind and body for autumn vitality.

Ease into Autumn with Our Ayurvedic Digestive Reset Retreat

As the natural world slows and turns inward in autumn, it’s the ideal time to realign your own internal rhythms. Our autumn digestive reset, led by Vaidya Seema Datta, is a guided Ayurvedic cleanse designed to gently detox your system, enhance digestion, regulate hormones, and restore vitality.

Whether you’re experiencing digestive sluggishness, hormonal imbalances, or emotional fatigue, this carefully curated detox reset offers a holistic digestive system cleanse aligned with Ayurvedic principles and autumn’s grounding energy.

Why Autumn Is the Ideal Season to Reset

In Ayurveda, autumn is the natural time to release excess Vata dosha (air + space), calm the digestive system, and restore inner balance. The season often brings dryness, irregular digestion, and restless energy making it the perfect moment for a seasonal digestive detox to strengthen your immunity and prepare for winter.

When supported correctly, this fall gut health cleanse can:

  • Improve digestion (Agni) and restore energy flow
  • Support hormone balance and ease menopausal transitions
  • Eliminate toxins (Ama), stagnation, and mental fog
  • Strengthen the immune system before colder months
  • Promote calmer sleep, clearer skin, and a more grounded body

Hear From Our Customers

I have taken part in 2 digestive resets run by Dr Seema. I started with the Autumn reset and then followed this up with the Spring reset recently. These were online so I was able to create practices which stemmed from the home and that formed part of ongoing daily routines. Using recommended herbs, recipes, meditations, timings etc. these resets allowed for daily WhatsApp group advice and monitoring so that they were tailored to our individual constitutions. Having the WhatsApp group meant participants had a forum for sharing knowledge and understanding together the process. Dr Seema’s approach is very supportive and she shares her vast knowledge and wisdom helping us to understand the Ayurvedic approach to balance our bodies and minds. On the Spring reset, after a few weeks I also had some in person follow ups and this was very useful and beneficial as she provided digestive tune up massage and energy healing. I have noticed my energy, sleep and skin has improved over this time. I am very thankful for her personalised approach and deep interest in helping us all. Thank you!
