What is Included in Your First Consultation
Consultation at the Clinic
During the 90 Minutes Seema will
- Take your health history
- Discuss your current diet and lifestyle
- Check your tongue (Ayurvedic Tongue Diagnosis)
- Check your Pulse (Ayurvedic Pulse Diagnosis)
- Determine the root of your imbalance
- Create a Treatment Plan (We always start with 2 weeks of diet and lifestyle adjustments. After these two weeks you can start taking the prescribed Ayurvedic Herbs)
- If time permits, you will also receive a brief Digestive Tune-up Treatment
Online Consultation
During the 60 Minutes Seema will
- Take health history
- Go through daily routine (diet and lifestyle)
- Check your tongue (Ayurvedic Tongue Diagnosis)
- Determine the root of your imbalance
- Create a Treatment Plan (We always start with 2 weeks of diet and lifestyle adjustments. After these two weeks you can start taking the prescribed Ayurvedic Herbs.)
Free Online Mini-Consultation
These sessions are meant as introduction to Ayurveda and to Seema.
You can discuss any topic you like, discover what Ayurveda can do for you, and get a feel for whether our clinic is a good fit.
