Through simple Ayurvedic practices, nourishing meals, and guided support, you’ll reset your digestive system and feel lighter, clearer, and more energised.

Here’s what you can expect during the reset:

Digestive Reset Diet
You’ll be guided through a gentle mung bean–based digestive reset programme, designed to rest the digestive system while still providing essential nourishment.

Seasonal Ayurvedic Support
Spring is the ideal time to clear excess Kapha and accumulated toxins from the body. This reset helps support the immune system and may reduce seasonal issues such as allergies, migraines, fatigue, and sluggish digestion.

Ayurvedic Herbs & Daily Rituals
Learn how to incorporate simple Ayurvedic herbs and daily rituals that support digestion, increase energy, and maintain balance long after the reset is complete.

Breathwork & Meditation
Seema will guide you through breathing exercises and meditation practices to help release emotions, calm the nervous system, and create mental clarity.

Small Group Experience
A supportive small-group setting with daily live Zoom sessions, allowing you to ask questions, stay accountable, and feel supported throughout the reset.

Programme Schedule

Introductory Zoom Session

Sunday, 23rd March
A live call for all registered participants to walk through the programme details, daily routine, dietary guidelines, and preparation steps.

A recording will be shared for those who cannot attend live.

Pre-Reset Preparation

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive:

  • A shopping list

  • Preparation instructions to help you get ready for the reset

Spring Digestive Reset Week

28th March – 2nd April

Daily live Zoom sessions from 6:30 PM – 7:15 PM (UK Time)

Each session includes:

  • Ayurvedic insights and seasonal guidance

  • Guided breathwork and self-care practices

  • Recipe demonstrations

  • Group support and Q&A

Post-Reset Integration

After the reset, you will receive step-by-step guidance to help you gradually reintroduce foods and maintain digestive balance while continuing the benefits of the reset.
