What Happens During the One-Hour Monthly Session

Each monthly circle is designed to be calm, supportive, and practical, giving women space to be heard and guided.

  1.  Listening & check-in: 20 minutes
    A gentle space where participants can share what they are experiencing in their body, mind, or emotions.
  2.  Teaching by Dr Seema: 20–30 minutes
    An easy-to-understand talk on digestion, stress, hormones, sleep, seasonal routines, or emotional balance.
  3.  Group discussion: 20 minutes
    Time for reflection, questions, and shared experiences — learning from one another in a safe environment.
  4.  Remaining Q&A on Wednesday (WhatsApp)
    Any unanswered questions will be addressed during the weekly Wednesday Q&A in the WhatsApp group.
  5.  Notes & resources shared inside the group
    All documents, recipes, small routines, and reminders are posted weekly in the WhatsApp space.
  6.  Ongoing community support
    On all other days, members support and encourage one another.
